The design symbolizes the long journey the kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) took to reach where it is today. The design concept is based on the embodiment of the three founding emirates of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia into three main chambers: first foundation emirate, second emirate and the third emirate which formed the current country. They vary in size according to their geographical expansion area and importance in forming the current contemporary country. The three structures have a boat-shape halls with two sharp corners representing the country movement, fast development and progression.
