The design symbolizes the long journey the kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) took to reach where it is today. The design concept is based on the embodiment of the three founding emirates of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia into three main chambers: first foundation emirate, second emirate and the third emirate which formed the current country.
The design idea was inspired by the oath that is performed in front of the king, as an expression of loyalty to him, the nation and the country's constitution.
The design consists of several facades and blocks that expresses cohesion and prosperity.
